Trident I Global Macro Fund, LP maintains a performance and management fee structure as an actively managed fund.

Minimum investment domestic USA: $250,000

Minimum investment overseas-foreign: $250,000

Minimum incremental investment: $25,000

Subscription terms: monthly

Redemption window: bi-annual

Hurdle rate: 6.95%

Terms (Performance Fee):

6.95%-12.05% - 15% performance fee

12.051%-16.95% - 25% performance fee

16.951% or greater - 35% performance fee

Management fee (investor dependent):

$5,000,000 or greater - 1.5%

$2,000,000 - $4,999,999 - 2.0%

$250,000-$1,999,999 - 2.5%
